• We offer 3 months free service warranty for our footwear range, after which, repairing cost will be charged according to the condition of the product.
• Water damage is not covered under our warranty policy. If the shoes are damaged due to exposure to water, the warranty will not apply.
• If your shoes are damaged for any reason other than water damage, we will repair them within 8-10 days of receiving them.
• Our warranty does not cover shoes that have been customized or altered in any way.
• Our warranty only applies to shoes that have been purchased directly from us.
• For customized order advance 30% of total payment will be paid by customer for order confirmation through jazzcash or bank transfer.

 

• According to our courier partner’s policy, the customer cannot open the parcel at the time of delivery. The customer should receive the parcel and pay the shipping charges to the delivery person. In case of refund / exchange, contact our Customer Services Numbers and the case will be processed as per company policy.
